They patched the roof without telling me. All I asked for was an estimate. I never gave permission to do any work. He contacted us afterwards and then sent us a bill.

Roof ok .  Put gutters up first then fascia metal now we have nails  running down fascia board. When we complain he told us that is the way they do it. I would not recommend this company. If you want roofing go to a professional roofing company. If you need gutters fascia and soffit work done go to professional gutter company. Someone who said they do it all can't. Also very poor communication .

We were in dire need of new shingles on the roof and
gutters. We called 4 companies for estimates. Of the four, 2 came to us with
very professional consultations – Tri-State being one of them (the other two
either mailed an estimate or called and gave one over the phone). Tri-State’s
rep provided along with 2 different estimates, all their licensing information,
copies of insurance as well as a complete contract with details of how and when
services were to be performed and completed (weather willing). Of the two
companies that provided complete information, Tri-state offered the best price
for what we were wanting done, didn’t try to do a hard sell on the more
expensive shingle.
After setting a date for them to do the job about a month
after signing the contract, they called a week later saying they could start immediately
due to a gape in their scheduled work. So within a couple of weeks of setting
the contract up, we had a new roof, gutters were put on within the same week.
The job was done well, cleanup was thorough, plants next to the house were not harmed (we have a
vegetable garden growing right next to one side of the house and no plant was
damaged!). On almost every level, this company did the job professionally, did
it well and were in and out in only a couple of days.
The only criticism I have is that I had requested to know
when the guttering people were going to show up. They didn’t let me know they
were going to be there the next day.
