He had to come back and replace some trim. They would have done it before that but I was in the hospital when the part came in, so they couldn't get back in here to do it. I thought their service was fine.

Brad gave me his cell phone number so I can have the same plumber every time. They came out with in 2 days of me calling, and had a reasonable price.

I was happy with them. He was very informative and efficient with his work. I was just pleased all the way around.

They have done a very good job. I would say the best. They were very competitive; we got 2 quotes, they were both about the same. The reason I went with Sparrow was that I happen to know the father and grandfather of the gentleman who owns the business Sparrow. They had done work for me earlier, but basically the quote was just about identical and Sparrow was little less expensive.
