Auto Sales
On two separate occasions, we were interested in a car on their website. The first time, we were told that they would call us when the car became available. About a month later, we saw another vehicle on the website and visited the lot. Same story: not available. The salesman said he never called us back on the first car because it was still in processing, and could take up to 45 days.
This seems like bait and switch to me. At a minimum, it's deliberately misleading and designed to get you on the lot so that they can sell you something else. We went to another dealer that week and we were allowed to take a look at vehicles that had just been traded in that day.
We don't appreciate games and we mistrust the quality of post-sale service we would be likely to get.

Auto Sales
It took a while to get an appointment but they did a great job. Place is clean and friendly but parking is tight.
