My chimney was in desperate need (you could see through parts of it) of repointing and I had contacted Rupp in Oct 2011 and gotten an estimate. We were about to go ahead with the job when a family crisis occurred and we had to put the project on hold. The beginning of Jan 12 we had a couple days of very high winds and my chimney cap had blown off. I contacted Rupp Masonry and they were able to come the very next day. Luckily we are having unseasonably high temps which allowed them to not only replace the chimney cap but to also complete the repointing in less than one day. They stayed with the same estimate from Oct 2011. They were prompt, did a wonderful job and cleaned everything up. My chimney looks wonderful now. I had asked around and most everyone recommended Rupp and I am so glad that I went with them.
