Great experience. Cable broke when we closed the garage door as we were literally leaving on a long vacation on a Sunday morning. Called Quincy Garage Door Service and the called was answered by Randy, the owner, not an answering machine. He agreed to come over as soon as he could. He showed up within about and hour as cheerful and friendly as anyone could be. He had the necessary parts on his truck and made the repairs quickly. He also noticed and replaced two worn rollers and adjusted one of the springs. These items were not the cause of the problem but would have been needed eventually. He charged his normal service call charge, plus parts cost, and a very small emergency call charge because it was Sunday. I personally will use him again if needed and will highly recommend him to others.
