-Adam Baumgartner, the owner, and any of his employees do not return my calls, i even sent a registered letter to them at their Bourbonnais address and he continues to ignore me. They have two locations: http://www.paradisepoolsil.com/Contact-Us.aspx Post install the installers forgot to do a few things (like a shut off valve for the new main drain) and they installed the water leveler with velcro which obviously didn't work. It took tons of phone calls and complaining to get them to return which they finally did. The season went well until i saw that I had some tears in my liner at the steps - which is either a defect in the liner or someone dropped something heavy on it as there is a dent where the tears are on the metal steps AND where they laid new concrete as they had to tear up the old concrete to do the job, they forgot to install the winter cover's hook into the concrete so the cover has one spot where the spring is not locked down and if we have a heavy snow I"m screwed as it makes the cover weak. I called at least 50 times before the end of the season and the girl who answers the phone swore she'd have someone call me and respond. That was August. I continue to call, and recently sent a certified registered letter which they have signed for and not responded. These people just don't care, they got their money and ran. I have everything fully documented, including call logs from my cell phone and emails. I will be filing a small claims lawsuit shortly if i don't hear from them and let the court deal with it. If i get damage from the lack of a hook installed its on them. I continue to call and leave messages and continue to be ignored.
