We contacted multiple times over the next year and half about the tree and about how it looked and told it wasn’t doing well and that we were worried about it - we even bought an expensive waterer that they recommended we use to water with - NO ONE EVER Came to look at the tree - course we don’t live in Quincy - we live in Hamilton - so that wasn’t convenient - obviously - I even hired their services to trim branches on another tree last fall but 2 very young men came to do that job (very courteous) but knew nothing about this tree even though I asked them to look at it but they had no advice for me —- So now FRESE ORNAMENTAL NURSERY Says my time for any replacement on this tree is up!!!!!!!! REALLY!!!!! I guess my job just wasn’t worth your time & just wasn’t big enough money either!!!!! I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICES TO ANYONE!!!!

We had a plan drawn up broke the work out to three phases over 2.5 years. Everything came together and looks great. From shrubbery, tree, plants, edging, lighting everything was done professionally and exactly as represented in the estimates. Several plants had to be replaced due to harsh weather and they guaranteed their stock and replaced at either no or very low cost. Highly recommended.

They were great. They were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We paid an additional 65% of the cost of the tree for them to deliver, and plant them. My experience was excellent. I would use them again.
