They are punctual. They were working in the back and they made it a point to inform us before leaving which my mother wouldn’t have known, because she left for a walk. They ended up having to do extra work to install the unit and there were no additional charges. What should have been a half day install, turned into a full day work and that time we were having 100 degree weather and they were working out in the heat. They were very open in their dealings and their financing was very easy. There were no hiccups and everything went rather smooth. They are good.

They were fantastic. They were very professional. Their estimate, timing and the people that they had come in to do the work were all fantastic. He gave us an estimated time when they would be here and they called before hand to verify that they'd be here. His workers, I can't say enough. The man that gave us the quote talked about Brian buying through him. He was here to make sure they were here. I can't say enough about how great they were.

The person giving the original inspection and estimate was very professional, honest and prompt, both with arriving to inspect and sending the estimate. As soon as the materials arrived, we were called and set a date to replace the above mentioned items.The workman took two and one half days to get all installed, they also were very prompt and did a great job,installing, removing and cleaning up after the instellation.

Air Specialists were fantastic to deal with. I ran through multiple scenarios with Jamie and he was excellent. Brandon (Service Tech) and one of his co-workers did the install and it went great. I would recommend them again in a heartbeat. Brandon came out and diagnosed a severe leak in the coils in the outside unit. We got a number of quotes and Air Specialists were the best by a good stretch. Brandon and his co-worker did the complete removal and install in under a day. They were great to deal with.
