 + 0 moreTim was very careful and conscientious about his work. He spent a lot of time making sure all the joints were tight and would withstand the weather. He put tarps around the base of the building to prevent the cement from getting all over the landscaping. It is a pretty messy job and he tried not to cause problems. The job took longer than he estimated but he stuck to his original work proposal and price. He was a bit hard to contact initially because he is basically a one-man show and can't always answer his phone while he is on the job. Once he did give me a date, he was there right on time and did not leave until the job was completed.
Description of Work: The job entailed repairing the brick mortar on a 3 flat brick building. It involved grinding out old mortar and replacing with new, as well as caulking some open joints on the roof. The roof coping required some repair as well. There were also about 10 bricks replaced. The job took 3 1/2 days. He worked by himself with a helper on the ground to hold the scaffolding ropes, safety lines, mix mortar etc.
