They did well. It was done through my insurance company and I'm still waiting on my itemized list that they were supposed to give me.  Over all I think they did a good job and I would recommend their services to others.  I do recommend getting your itemized list up front though. I did want to mention to that they had moved my furniture downstairs while doing some of the work upstairs and have not yet moved those items back upstairs for me.

After the quote was approved, the work began pretty quickly. Although the work was slower than I anticipated, it was done with a pristine fashion, with all my specifications respected, and within the timeline provided.Very professional, they have always be on time or early to all our appointments, even very early in the morning.Due to the extensive work to do, I chose Sterling Fire in light of their expertise as a general contractor. I am very pleased with the work done, and the 5-year warranty on the work done provides peace of mind. They were a little bit more expensive than other contractors, but their previous high ratings and awards convinced me to pick them: you get what you pay for.

After roof repairs they came in and replaced the damaged drywall and painted the room. It was one stop shopping. I didn't worry about anything because of them. The person that I dealt with, Mike Biasden, was very prompt, returned phone calls, answered questions and found answers if he didn't have them immediately. He was very helpful in a stressful time.  They were very responsive very professional and very calm. You knew that they had done this before.

This report for Sterling Fire Restoration represents our confidence in the company's integrity and service. Another person, Angus Kroll, of Elite Tile and Stone (K & S Kitchens) found water under the fireplace tile surround he was replacing for us last week. Since the water seemed to come from an area of the house repaired by Sterling Fire Restoration last year, we called that company to see the water damage. The management of Sterling Fire Restoration is backing up their company's work from last year, replacing the fireplace cover (in case that is the source of the water damage to the siding on one side of the chimney and to the floor beside the fireplace). They have been prompt, cooperative, helpful, and professional in backing up their work, although the source of the leak appears to be from a defective roofing job. We also successfully used this company in 2008, when we had damage to the front of the home repaired. The bottom line is that we trust this company.
