 + -1 moreHE WAS A VERY HARD WORKER AND STUCK WITH THE JOB UNTIL IT WAS DONE. HE CLEANED UP VERY, VERY WELL. WHILE DOING THE GROUTING AND CAULKING, HE DISCOVERED THE LEAK BEHIND THE WALL!
Description of Work: A WATER LEAK BEHIND A WALL DAMAGED A BATHROOM WALL. HE REMOVED A 3 X 3 SECTION OF TILE, REPLACED THE CEMENT BOARD AND RE-TILED. HE THEN RE-GROUTED THE FIRST THREE RANKS OF TILE AROUND THREE TUBS, RE-CAULKED ALL THE TUBS AND SHOWER ENCLOSURES.
