SC-Custom Woodworx, Inc.

Buyer Beware! On Sept. 24, 2021, I signed a contract with Stefan Craciunescu, owner of SC-Custom Woodworx, Inc., to install a wall cabinet and pantry cabinet. He was to build the cabinets and order the doors for the cabinets. He told me the lead time would be 6-8 weeks. In order to move forward with the project, he required a 50% deposit of $1,125. I paid the deposit and was told he would complete the project a few weeks before Thanksgiving. To date, he has yet to deliver any goods or install the cabinets. I have asked him twice in writing (via text and email) to refund my money since he hasn't honored the contract. After the 1st request, he ensured me he would be out to install the cabinets but never showed up. He has given me 2-other dates for install, again not showing up. He no longer is returning my calls or texts. When I visited his Facebook page for his company, I see that he has another previous customer who owes money to as well. Based on his lack of response and professionalism I am unsure if I will ever recoup my money. I hope anyone that reads this review will think twice about doing business with Stefan Craciunescu and SC-Custom Woodworx, Inc.
