This man was was very nice when he came to estimate the floor. Was professional and courteous. However, when he came to install the floor he turned into the installer from h***. The work was very poorly done, with transition areas (floor meeting with carpet, floor meeting with front door area) left completely undone. It was only after several days had gone by that I noticed that Mr.Kubat had used a paint stick to shim the installation of a toilet in the powder room, and he left the paint stick sticking out of the back of the toilet!!! In addition, he tried to charge more than what was quoted on the estimate for work that he hadn't even done. He got extremely beligerent when we tried to work out a fair compromise. The only other thing I can say is - BEWARE AND SKIP THIS ONE!!
