Went wonderfully well. Dale responded immediately and arrived, wearing a mask, and went right to work checking the door balance, tightening screws, lubricating, etc. Very cheerful guy with helpful tips as he worked. Would hire him again in a flash.

Dale did a terrific job. I called late in the day on Friday, and he was able to come out on Saturday morning, after he completed an early-morning job. He promised to call when he was on the way, which he did. He arrived on time and inspected the door. He explained what needed to be done and completed the work promptly. I'm very satisfied with the service and price ($99) and would definitely use him again.

We called Dale on a Thursday afternoon and he came right over to replace the springs on our parents' overhead door. Our father uses the garage for getting in and out of the house as he has limited mobility. (Dale was booked for Friday and wanted to be sure we were taken care of.) He could not have been any more accommodating. We were very happy with his price and the quality of work.

The left side track was bent after backing a car into it. Dale did an excellent and very thorough job replacing the track. You couldn't ask for a more reasonable price either. Will definitely call again for future services. Thanks again, Dale!

Dale from On A Roll was able to fix, with one visit, a nagging problem with my garage door system.  My door would not close all the way which caused me to have to disconnect from the automatic system and manually close on a daily basis - what a pain!! With one visit, and within an hour's time, Dale completely fixed my problem!  He re-wired the sensors at the bottom (left and right side) of my garage door and re-wired the sensor connections in the main unit hanging from the ceiling of the garage.  Could not believe it.... it finally closed!  I have had this problem for two months time, and Dale was the only one who was able to fix it!  He was also able to come to my house at a convenient time that worked around my schedule.  I am a very happy customer!!
