Jack and his crew did a wonderful job! We had used JCB in the past so we knew we could trust them with our biggest home project to date. They worked with us step by step to make sure that we were all on the same page in terms of what we wanted for our kitchen. Mark and Slavek were prompt every day, and cleaned up every afternoon before they left (which is a big deal when your kitchen is down to studs). We had to redo our kitchen due to a broken pipe and used the opportunity to knock down a wall and expand the kitchen. It was a huge project. Jack helped us problem solve everything along the way. When we ran into problems (that were caused by others and not JCB), they helped us to find solutions. At one point our project got delayed by almost two weeks because the cabinets we had ordered were not measured correctly (again, not JCB's fault), they did all the side jobs that they could on the days they couldn't work while they waited, and then once we got our cabinets they were back at work the next day. Jack was patient with our questions and concerns and answered them promptly. At the end of the day, my kitchen is beautiful and exactly as I wanted it. I would use JCB again in a heartbeat because they are professional, hard-workers, skilled, and knowledgeable and I would recommend them for any job - big or small.

Jack and his team did a great job, were professional and courteous every step of the way, and collaborated well with my other paver patio contractor which made Jack and his team a pleasure to work with. They also worked with me to coordinate the timing of their projects with my other ongoing projects which was greatly appreciated. All of the work was well done, within budget and on time and Jack was sure to do a final walk through with me to be sure I was satisfied with everything they did. I plan to use Jack and his team again for future projects and would definitely recommend him.

JCB assigned Stefan as our architect to perform the service of designing and preparing drawings so that contractors could price out the project and will also be handling the acquisition of building permit from the local village. Stefan was very professional in his work and was always open to feedback and comments on his work. He came and met with us in the beginning and collectively determined our needs and went to work on the drawings. The drawings were provided in several stages of development with the last stage being the detailing for electrical, plumbing, and mechanical, once the architectural were mostly complete. We are currently working with contractors to get the project priced out and then JCB will be able to complete the final stage of construction drawings and permitting.

From start to end our experience was great. I highly recommend them for general contracting and I will higher them again for for any and all types of jobs.

I called Jack desperately because I had a new air conditioning unit installed and there was not enough room for the hot air to escape. The HVAC crew was worried that the unit would overheat without more room for exhaust. Jack got his guys, Mark and Andy, over early on Saturday morning. They drilled large (2 1/2 inch diameter ) holes in the porch above the HVAC unit in an attractive pattern. What I like so much about Jack is that he could take a shorter path to the same result but he has a great aesthetic and wouldn't ask me to live with anything that he wouldn't live with. It must be done right and it must look good. I was very appreciative of that.

Jack and his crew perform excellent, high quality work at reasonable rates. I have used him before on much larger projects and wouldn't think about using anyone else. He listens to the customer and does whatever he can to meet the customer's needs. JCB is a company of true professionals. They are great to work with and you should give them your business.

HJack and his crew installed a full length dormer on the back of my house, which is a small cape cod. I needed the upstairs redone on my house because it was never properly insulated and we needed a second bathroom. I can't say enough good things about JCB. Once the project started (on September 7, 2011), Jack's people moved very fast and didn't stop working until the job was completed (on October 31, 2011). They were at my house at 7 a.m. every day (except Sundays) for close to two months (with the exception of a delay caused by a subcontractor). Jack is very careful not to overextend himself in order to ensure that there are no delays within his control. JCB works very hard at a price that is very competitive. I got 6 different bids from contractors and JCB was the second lowest on the list. JCB's craftsmanship and work product is impeccable. I have done a lot of my own work on my house over the last 8 years and am experienced with just about every facet of home repair and improvement. As such, I know good work when I see it. Jack was willing to let me handle whatever portion of the job I wanted in order to keep the costs down to a minimum. There was really nothing that JCB couldn't do for me. They installed travertine tile with no upcharge. Marek and Andrew did an amazing job on the house. The framing was perfect. I ended up expanding the project to include drywall repair, painting and trim installation in a downstairs bedroom. Jack came out to the house regularly. He was there at least 2 to 3 times per week to ensure that things were on track. My only complaint is that I didn't iron out all of the fine-haired details with Jack concerning what was and was not included in the purchase price before the work began. I believe there is a shared responsibility for that. My intention was to do so but I could never get to it. I was also dealing with a second construction crew on the lower half of my house at the same time, a pregnant wife, preparing several hundred feet of trim for installation, and working for a living, so I didn't have the time it would have taken to put everything in writing. While the project took much longer to get started than I expected (due to some things that were outside of JCB's control), Jack got everything done before my daughter arrived (on November 1, 2011) and never cut any corners. Had I had the luxury of time, I would have used JCB to do all of the work on my house. I will be using them again for work on my garage in the Spring. Do yourself and your family a favor, hire JCB today.

I have used Jack and JCB many, many times for all kinds of work. They can build a house from the ground up, so there's really nothing they can't do. They are professional, trustworthy, helpful (when they painted my basement floor, they worked hard to seal off what is really an open room so the cats wouldn't ruin the floor). They do very professional work and will do whatever they need to do to get all the work done. I highly recommend Jack and JCB for any building, fixing or handyman type work.

e They started every day at 7 am and worked to about 4-5 pm. They completed the project in 5 days, even working Saturday. Only Jack speaks english. He visited just about every day to see if I had any concerns etc. He as a two man crew for most jobs. They are nice, honest, and appear to be hardworking. I left the house on several occasions without any problems. I also had them replace my heating registers and they did a beautiful job with them. They appear knowledgeable in carpentry, tiling floors, plumbing, painting and drywall. Everything looks nice and I am happy the the job. Hopefully mother nature will not cause me to need their services again for a while.

When Jack arrived for the estimate, we discussed what kind of shelving would do, includng supply costs and agreeed upon metal wire shelves, but he assured me they would be industrial strength and could hold heavy objects. He got me the estimate the next day. We set a date for the end of the week. His workers showed up at 7:15am when he said they would and were finished by 3pm when I returned home. I have used JCB many times before, so I am comfortable leaving them in my home when I am not there. They are all extememly trustworthy.

The crew at JCB are reliable, friendly, and take pride in their work. As we were first-timers at remodeling, JCB was patient, knowledgeable, and looked out for our interests. The building is 100 years old, so updates are not as straight-forward like a newer home, however any challenges they encountered they knew how to handle with ease. They stand by their work and follow-through. It's been over 6 months and we are still very pleased. We did use another company for large-scale drywall work and a few other tasks, which made us further appreciate the quality services JCB provides. We look forward to working with Jack again.

It was very professional the guys were always on time,and I felt comfortable with the choices I made.At no time did I feel thatI was being taken advantage of. I would recommened this contracter to anyone. I was consulted on all details and they do stand behind their work, I called Jack just the other day about a small problem the I had,and he came right out and took care of it. Dish Network made me get quotes from 2 contactors. JCB International sent us their quote the day after Jack came out to our home for an inspection. The other contractor took about 6 days to get us the quote. Jack's quote was much more detailed and more professional looking. JCB International's quote came in several hundred dollars higher than the other contractor. Dish Network would only pay for the lowest bid, however, my wife and I wanted to go with JCB International. I emailed Jack and he sent me a new quote with a lower price. He still didn't come down to the other contractor's price, but came down about half the difference in their prices. My wife and I decided to go with Jack and paid the $185.00 difference out of our pockets. We were not sorry we did this. JCB International's work was professional, and quality work. We feel his quote was reasonable and in line with the job requirements. Jack's qoute was for standard 25-year shingles. After I signed the contract and scheduled the work, Jack asked me if I could provide him the manufacturer, model and color ofthe shingles used on my roof so he could purchase a package of matching shingles. I discovered our shingles were higher-end, 3-dimensional 40-year shingles that had to be more expensive than the standard 25-year shingles Jack had included in his quote. Jack never charged my wife and I another penny, and did the job for the price he quoted us! He is truly a professional. Jack and his workers showed up on time. They covered all our bedroom furniture with plastic so as not to get drywall dust or paint on anything. They got all the work done in one day. They cleaned up after themselves, removing all debris and vacuuming up any drywall dust. When they finished, the bedroom ceiling looked like new! You can't tell there was ever a problem with a leak in the ceiling. They even fixed a number of nail pops in the ceiling on the opposite side of the bedroom ceiling from where the leak was! The roof looks like new as well. It has been 3 months and we have had no more problems with leaks in the roof. My wife and I couldn't be happier. We will definitely use JCB International for any future work we need done on our home.

Everything went great. I found Jack on Angie's list. He came out to give me a quote the day after I called. He returned a quote the next day. It was by far the best quote I received. We scheduled the work and Jack and his team were on time every day. Any concerns or questions I had were always answered very quickly. Jack had some great design ideas that we incorporated into the bathroom. When some of my supplies didn't show up on time (my fault not Jack's), Jack was very easy to work with in coming up with another installation date. I would highly recommend Jack to any of my friends or family.

The workers came when Jack said they would. They were respectful and did their work quickly. Jack is very easy to work with and is definitely in charge of his workers.

JCB International provided excellent workmanship. The workmen were competent, prompt, courteous, and very responsive to my needs. They always were on time, completed the job when expected, and did a fine job. I have used JCB before and Jack stands behind his work, and will right anything that needs adjustment. I highly recommend JCB for work involving plumbing, electricity, dry wall, tiling, window and door replacement and painting. JCB does not provide design service, but will refer to reputable dealers for cabinetry, fixtures, etc.

They were a few things that I was extremely impressed with. The finished job looks amazing but as far as I am concerned the way they completed the job was impressive. First of all, they were right on schedule, which was huge. The crew was intelligent enough on the job to create creative solutions for any unexpected issue that came up. They lost no time on a couple of issues that came up because they were able to create useful solutions. The job on the new drywalls was perfect, no cracks no chips. Separating the laundry was also done perfectly. The fireplace looks awesome and there is no way you tell that an old ugly fire place was ever there. EVERY NIGHT BEFORE THEY LEFT THEY CLEANED THE WORK AREA AND THE MAPPED THE FLOORS. We were impressed with that. The painter was also extremely good. So far, after 2 months everything looks like it did the first day. Whenever we decide to do work on the house again, we will call JCB International and Jack first.

Jack returned the call quickly and gave me an estimate right away. The workmanship was excellent from the beginning and continued throughout the project. They were professional, easy to work with and flexible. If something wasn't done exactly the way I wanted it, they would work with me to correct it. Jack is easy to communicate with, answering any questions that I had. He wanted to do his best and completed the work in a timely manner. The workmen would always show up when they said they would and were on time. They worked hard.

I could not be happier with the work JCB did. My only regret is that we didn't find them earlier. In the past 4 years we had a lot of work done (including a bathroom and kitchen redo) and dealt with many service providers. Jack Curylo and JCB is by far best service provider experience I've ever had. Jack is the owner of the company and has been very responsive to every single request I have ever made. I'm a bit of perfectionist and perhaps not the easiest person to deal with. But Jack has made this process very easy and drama free. Jack has been on our job site almost every single morning to make sure things were progressing smoothly, anytime I've gotten his voice mail (which is not very often), I get a call back within an hour. If he says something will be done by a certain day, it is done by that day. If there are any issues that need to be resolved, he is willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied. Call this guy, you will not be sorry.
