John did a very thorough job and his 15+ years of experience is evident. Very professional and non-alarmist. He arrived early and had already walked the property before we got there. He also walked the roof twice, before and after looking in the attic. We like that he does everything digitally, taking pictures and notes on his tablet, and we got our home inspection report that night (radon report came two days later). Would highly recommend and our realtor has already passed his name along to other buyers.

I shopped around for a quote, and JB was competitive with the rest. I walked around the house with him during the inspection, and he was very thorough. He answered all my questions and made sure to explain things to me in a simple manner. He left no stone unturned (every door, window, faucet, outlet, appliance, wall, attic, roof, crawlspace, etc. inside and out was checked). Lastly, he gave me a succinct report in a very timely manner. My attorney mentioned that he was impressed with the report, and he sees a lot of them. I was very happy with his services, and will be recommending John in the future.

John was recommended by my real estate agent. He walked around the property did a visual scan of the roof but did not climb up on roof. He then went inside and looked at the garage, and then went down to the basement and worked his way up. All through the inspection he talked to us about what he was finding and to let us know. He checked all areas that you could possibly get to without ripping off walls including some attic space that had been painted shut. At the end he sent a report to us via email which had all the notes that he had told us from the inspection.

I was referred to John Bruner (JB Inspection Services) by a friend who used his services before, and was extremely pleased with the service I got. John was very punctual, and arrived to the place 5 minutes before the meeting. He was very nice, and through the process of inspection made sure I understand every step he's taking and every finding he sees. In the evening of the inspection he sent me a full detailed report that I could use in order to do all the estimates I needed to. When I followed up with him few times after the inspection with some additional questions he was always very nice and responsive.

John is very professional, and extremely nice. I would definitely use him again in the future when I need an inspection.

We're in the process of buying a house, and our agent recommended John and his company. This inspection on 8/8 was actually for our second go-round with John, as the first house we were bidding on ended up having too many issues to fix (thanks for helping save us from that one, John!). His name is John Bruner. He was referred to us by a real estate agent that we were using at the time. We had a pretty tight time frame to get in and we got in right at the last minute with him, so he gave us a discount. He was really thorough and I was impressed with him. He wasn't able to get up to the roof, but he was pretty thorough with everything else. Ours is a four-story home, and it took him about three and a half hours to finish the job. He did a really nice job and I thought his price was awesome. He showed me inside the walls and checked all the electrical outlets, the water, the pressure, and the new boiler system. He also checked the furnace, air conditioning system, and all the windows and all the doors. The only thing he wasn't able to check was the roof, so he checked the moisture in the basement. His work was very detailed and I'm very grateful for his help.

John arrived early and began inspecting the garage and the outside of the house before I arrived. Throughout the inspection, John gave a running commentary of suggestions and house maintenance tips which I found extremely helpful as a first-time home buyer. John provided a neat printout of the inspection report at the end of the inspection and emailed an electronic version. I would highly recommend John to others.

I got John's name through my Realtor and couldn't be more pleased with his services. I am a first time home buyer, and John was not only very thorough in his inspection, but very patient in explaining what he was looking for, what he found, etc. He did all of this in a very professional and friendly manner without ever sounding condescending. He came back for a reinspection at the last minute and free of charge. I would strongly recommend John.

I ARRIVED TO THE PROPERTY ABOUT 10 MINUTES LATE AND JOHN HAD ALREADY STARTED THE INSPECTION ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING. WHEN I ARRIVED, HE WAS POLITE, CLEAN, AND REVIEWED EVERYTHING THAT HE HAD ALREADY DONE. AFTER A QUICK COUPLE OF ''DUMB'' TEST QUESTIONS, I TOLD HIM THAT I WAS A STRUCTURAL ENGINEER AND KNEW THE STRUCTURAL PORTION WAS SOUND. HE DID A VERY THOROUGH INSPECTION AND LET ME WALK THROUGH THE HOUSE WITH HIM TO INSPECT. EVEN THOUGH I SAW THE WHOLE INSPECTION, HE STILL WENT OVER EVERY PAGE OF THE REPORT WITH ME AT THE END OF THE INSPECTION. TEN MINUTES AFTER HE WAS DONE, HE HANDED ME THE REPORT. IT WAS GREAT. JOHN IS A GREAT GUY AND I AM GLAD THAT MY REALTOR SUGGESTED HIM.
