I have been using them since three or four years. They are very nice people to work with. They take their and they do a great job really. I would highly recommend them. They are very prompt and very efficient. They take care to cover everything up. They are very good. They can really get all the stains out. Their price is fine. They have been responsive.

They were very professional, timely and fast. We have old carpets and they did really well at getting stains up. Interestingly enough, a week later we had food poisoning and several family members had diarrhea and threw up everywhere. We called them back and they helped us clean areas we didn?t quite get. They did this at no extra charge and without flinching. They did a beautiful job! I would absolutely hire them again.

MUCH OF THE CLEANING WAS ACCEPTABLE. THE QUOTE OVER THE PHONE, WHEN THE AREA DIMENSIONS WERE GIVEN, WAS AN ACCEPTABLE PRICE. WHEN THE COMPANY REP, STEVE, ARRIVED WITH HIS ASSOCIATE, HE ASKED IF WE HAD ANY SPECIAL STAINS . HE WAS TOLD THAT PARTS OF THE CARPET WERE STAINED AS IT HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED IN SOME TIME. WHEN ASKED WHAT A SPECIAL STAIN WAS, HE WAS IN THE AREA TO BE CLEANED AND STATED THAT THERE WERE SPECIAL STAINS AND HE COULD NOT GUARANTEE RESULTS. WHEN THE WORK WAS COMPLETED, THE CARPET WAS WET SO WE DID NOT GO DOWNSTAIRS. WE ASKED, WHAT DO WE OWE? AND THE QUOTED PRICE WAS PAID. LATER THAT EVENING, WE INSPECTED THE CARPET AND FOUND 7 ORANGE OVAL DISCOLORATIONS IN THE LOCATIONS WHERE THE SPECIAL STAINS WERE LOCATED. THE MARKS WERE NOT THE SHAPE OF THE ORIGINAL MARKS ON THE CARPET. THE SIZE OF THE MARKS RANGED FROM 4 X8 TO 10 X16 . CALLS TO THE COMPANY HAVE BEEN FRUITLESS. THEY REFUSE TO SEND ANYONE TO REVIEW THE WORK UNLESS $45 IS PAID UP FRONT.

"1) Member was a referral from her daughter. 2) She told us no special stains were involved when Steve (Manager) gave her a phone estimate. 3) When we arrived, special stains were involved, including dye marks from furniture, water damage stains, and others she didn't know what they were from. The carpet was in bad shape, and stains all over. The carpets were very old and industrial type. She had also treated the stains with cleaning products. 4) Steve told her no guarantees on stains since she had already treated them. 5) We had to clean the carpet two times due to the condition. When completed, she came downstairs, and was shown by Steve the stains that did not come out. We only charged the customer the quoted price. Her invoice was highlighted "Rework Charges Apply". 6) The member called and said parts are great but now there are orange spots. She wants someone besides Steve come out and take a look at her carpets. 7) I responded, Steve would be the one to review her carpets, and there was a $45 charge to retreat her carpets since we were misled about the condition of her carpets and how she pretreated them. The charge reflects having to return and the special stain treatment we never charged to begin with."
