snow removal
 + -1 moreI always paid my bills promptly and I did not expect him to pay for the entire job of putting in new lights. I did expect some consideration for the damage he had done. In addition, as I am now looking for a new company the estimates I'm getting from the new companies are 30% to 45% cheaper than what I was paying
Description of Work: I hired this company to plow snow from my home. I used them for 2 years and paid them $65.00 for each visit I have a curved driveway with lighting around the driveway. Every Fall I put markers in the ground to mark where the lights are. This past winter the snow plows broke 2 of my lights. When I tried to contact Jeff he never called me back. After approx 6 phone calls I s/w him and he said he'd come out. He came out, looked at the damage and admitted that they had done it. I told him I'd get estimates for repair, he said call me when you do. Since these lights are old fixtures they are no longer made. In addition, they are 110V. They now use low voltage. I even wanted to buy removable lights so this would not happen again. When I got the estimate and tried to discuss it he told me to look on line for my old fixtures and he cursed me and huing up.
