Very well. I let them work on my problem and my computer was better than new when they finished.

You could not find anyone more conscientious or professional than Scott Livingston and his associates. Insofar as we've been able to tell in the twenty years we've dealt with him, there is essentially no computer-related issue he cannot solve. If news is bad, he'll tell you. If there's a cheaper way out, he'll tell you that, too. And he's been particularly good with elderly/disabled friends of ours who don't understand computers.
