Carpet Cleaning
They accommodated my request for fast service by showing up the very next day. The job went very well. It took about an hour and they were in and out. I wasn't able to get back to my newly purchased condo before they were finished so instead of making a big deal about it they just left me a bill along with a free bottle of spot remover. A few days later, I got a thank-you note in the mail, and about a week after that, a follow up phone call. This small, family owned company really understands the concept of customer service. I heartily recommend them.
