I called John. We met at the agreed upon time. He worked out a schedule that was satisfactory with the house tenant. Job was completed well and on time. I'd give John a shot at any kind of handywork or even full renovation and resotration work in the future. The price agreed upon was met and the job was actually done earlier than I thought it was going to be completed.
Description of Work: I needed to have some shelving installed on a rental property at the last minute. My new tenant had already moved in and initially I thought they agreed to put in closet rods and shelving with reducted rent/rent credit. The tenant changed their mind and wanted the hardware installed ASAP.
