 + 1 moreI called Mr. Swanson after a new roof leaked for the 3rd time (about a months time frame). The former contractor had fixed the roof twice. He was very prompt at returning my call. Came over very quickly and took the time to show and explain the many problems. After receiving the quote I hired him. The entire roof and gutters were replaced in 2 days. The roof has not leaked since. I am greatful to have found a contractor willing to clean-up a mess left by someone else. I plan to hire him again in the future. I grade him professionaly a A plus.
Description of Work: Replaced the entire roof and gutters on a new room addition that was leaking from a former contractor. Explained and showed the many visual problems. Such as, caulk was used to hold the roof to the house, caulk and screws holding the gutters on, plywood bounced when stepped on due to not being attachted at seams to roof supports. Very obvious problems when shown.
