I called them on a Wednesday, and he replied that he would call me Thursday afternoon about an appointment, probably that next Friday. Thursday came and went, so I called Friday morning. Somehow, the appointment wasn't made, but I was told that someone could be there between 10:30 and 12:30 Friday morning. I agreed. The trip from Princeton to Lacon is about 30 miles, and two men were here before 11 am, looked at the freezer and diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes. He checked his truck and said he had the part to repair the freezer. Cost would be $177. We agreed, and he had the freezer up and running in a short time. We're very pleased with them and will definitely call them again for any problems.

With little warning our air conditioner system failed and being a decade old called for replacing the furnace air conditioner and a-frame. I contacted all companies in the near region and requested an inspection, their recommendations and a quote as quick as possible. Matt responded right away. 
A&J was the last company I called. It should have been the first. They listened, looked over everything, really listened to my requests, made recommendations and took time to explain. They were able to provide a quote while at my house and could start almost immediately. They took care of Ameren discounts for high efficiency systems and gave options for finance. The quote was priced competitively and covered what I asked. 
The installation went smooth. Quick. Professionally done. No corners cut. Treated my house more royally than it probably deserves. Cleaned up and got the new HVAC system tested. No problems since.
Over the next couple months, I called a couple times with questions. Each time Matt responded professionally and courteously. Talked straight and honest. 
This is a good company. I recommend A&J.
