WE HAD SIGNIFICANT DEALINGS WITH ONE OF THE PARTNERS, JOE WERNER, WHO WENT TO SIGNIFICANT TROUBLE TO ANALYZE OUR SITUATION AND RECOMMEND THE RIGHT SOLUTION--WE ENDED UP SPENDING FAR LESS THAN OTHERS HAD ESTIMATED. THUS FAR, THE SOLUTION APPEARS TO BE DOING THE JOB OF FLOOD CONTROL EFFECTIVELY.
Description of Work: INSTALLED BALL-FLOAT FLOOD CONTROL SYSTEM TO REDUCE RISK OF BASEMENT FLOODING IN HEAVY RAINSTORMS. WORK INCLUDED SIGNIFICANT DIAGNOSTICS (VIDEO OF PIPE) AND EVALUATION OF SEVERAL FLOOD CONTROL OPTIONS.
