Mr. Moose Plumbing and Home Improvement

A semi pulled down our electric feed into the house including the electric meter.  The truck did not stop so we were contacted by ComEd of the damage and the fact that we were responsible for the repairs.  I contacted Derek and he was very responsive.  He came out and inspected the damage, tried to order parts (at 3PM on a Friday afternoon) and when it became apparent that he was not going to be able to get the parts to replace the wiring and meter, he offered us a generator so that we could run our refrigerator and freezer.  He was so helpful at a time when I was frazzled!  He returned on Monday morning and completed the work.  I couldn't be happier with his service and would certainly recommend him.
