We contracted them for a paver patio last fall and then yard prep, seeding, mulch and tree/shrub installation this spring.
The patio went in fine.
This spring we had a very difficult time getting them to come out to plant our grass, tree's and bushes. They finally came out and spent a long day performing this work. However, they did not complete it. They ran out of straw to cover the grass seed and didn't come back to complete the job until several phone calls were made.
The biggest problem is that two out of five of our confer tree's that they planted died within a couple of weeks. They suggested we over watered them even though the other 4, directly adjacent to them, are fine. We watered as they suggested. Now they will not respond to phone calls. We paid $700 for these 2 tree's.

"I am sorry for your experience but as you can see from our Google reviews we have many 5 star satisfied customers. It is typical for landscapers to get delayed due to weather and the seasonal workload and I apologize for that. I do recall visiting and seeing that the ground was saturated and it contributed to 2 of the trees looking sad. We told you they were not dead, just over watered but you insisted on removing them. We brought those 2 trees back to our home and planted them. I can happily say that those Concolor Firs are big, beautiful and thriving! I wish I could submit a picture. We sold so many of them due to them being seen in our yard and have never had to replace any. As far as your other 4 being alive....they were in areas that the water did not sit. Just came across this review after all these years and felt the need to reply."

They were excellent and we really liked them. We were looking for the special little step for the deck and had gone to some of the other stores in the area but wanted something unique and this company had what we were looking for. I will use them again in the future.
