It went very smooth. They were running late, but they called to let me know. They practically had my water pressure issue figured out before they came out by discussing what was in my house currently by Feil Water (Previous company). They said that the WRONG filter was used which was probably creating my bad water pressure issues. They changed all the filters and placed the CORRECT filter application for my house and INSTANTLY my pressure doubled!!! I was thrilled!!!! I had previously tried to google this filter information and show it to Feil Water, which they did not want to hear it. This company was pleasant and knew their information. I couldn't be more happy. And their prices were much better too :)

I called Waterwagon on Monday, they quoted me a price, and they would have came out the next day if I had been available. The serviceman came Wednesday morning and installed a new watersoftener and new pipes above it in no time. He showed me problems with the old softener I was not aware of so I'm glad I got it replaced with a new up to date model. He explained and showed me in detail how to program the new softener. Even though I was not in a hurry the response was quick and installation done well.

We had low water pressure and they were able to solve our problem by rebedding the media. They were very professional and did a a great job

I love it when I recieve exceptional service. This company was easy to work with. The serviceman, Gary, was great. Very informative. I will definitely use them again for all my water softener needs. They were dependable, the price was great, and very professional. I am glad I found them.

Water smelled and tasted terrible. I thought that my water softener was out of salt, but when I checked the tank it was almost full. After checking Angie's List, I settled on this company since I failed to receive a return call from a company in Elburn, IL. The person answering the phone asked detailed questions and offered all of the information I requested including the prices of new units, if needed. Extremely courteous and helpful.

They were very professional. When they did come out, he spent a lot of time answering my questions about the water softener and I had questions about reverse osmosis systems. He gave me all the pros and cons of the reverse osmosis systems and helped me decide not to go with it, so I appreciated his honesty. They did a little extra electrical work for me related to the water softener installation as I only had one outlet and the furnace was plugged in there. They were very knowledgeable. I would hire them again.

They did a great job in treating our rather yucky well water. The end result is better water than our last house where we had Lake Michigan water. Very prompt, helpful, and courteous. Almost a year later, and everything is working great. Small, quality outfit.
