They were very quick to respond and very professional would highly recommend.

The service was great! We called the emergency line and heard back almost immediately and Kevin and John were able to get to the house within the hour. We didn't know the pipe had burst right away so there was pretty extensive damage in the bathroom. They were able to clean up, assess the damage and sit down with us to determine a plan of action. Once everything was dry they got to work right away on replacing and repairing the bathroom. John communicated with us throughout the entire project to ensure there were no "surprises" which I appreciated, compared to other companies we have worked with in the past. They worked quickly to get my bathroom basement back in working order as we had guests coming to stay. To be honest it actually looks better now than it did before the pipe burst! John and Kevin were always friendly and responsive, very nice to work with. We will definitely work with New Way again!

If looking for a very professional, yet personable company...LOOK NO FURTHER! We have used this cleaning service for years & so have my parents! Both owners are GREAT! We usually deal with Kevin mostly though. He is a prompt professional person. He does an amazing cleaning job on our, "toddler-stained carpets!" This toddler pretty much runs the household and the carpets show this, first-hand!! Kevin is very knowledgeable and discusses everything prior to doing the job, so there is no surprises. He even responded to my "911 help this blueberry stain," the other day (photos attached to show you before & after pic)! You can tell he truly cares about his clients and their families. You aren't just a job/number to him! I truly recommend this company to ones seeking cleaning or restoration work. We haven't used them for restoration, yet I would feel extremely comfortable in hiring them for this too. Care, Cleaning & Customer Service...2 THUMBS UP from us! Plus they never comment on my MESSY house! Ha! :-)
