The service was great! He showed up with a mask on, explained what was going on with the door, why it did what it did, what he was going to do to correct the issue and why. He also explained to me what should have been installed in the first place. He was knowledgeable, courteous, informative, and transparent. He really did an excellent job - I'm very satisfied with his work. I will definitely call him again if I have an issue with my garage door!

We spoke after I submitted a request for a garage door replaced. I was interested in his estimate, so I scheduled something. We discussed the appointment the night before the appointment date and then the day of I waited around only for him to no call and no show. I have heard nothing from him since. I believe in second chances so I would think about using this company.
Description of Work: I scheduled him for an estimate to change two garage doors.
