First Rate Floors did an excellent job. They worked quickly and cleanly and were careful in their work. They did a beautiful job refinishing the floors and it looks just great! We rec'd many, many compliements on their work and are very happy with their work. They were referred to us by a neighbor who used them to install new hardwood floors in her entire first floor. Outstanding job.

We are extremely pleased with our new floors. They look beautiful and we have received glowing comments from everyone who visits. Bill was very responsive throughout the entire process and answered any and all questions in a professional and complete manner. He kept us informed on the process and let us know what to expect every step of the way. His crew was also punctual and polite.
