Matt was very professional and prompt. He provided a detailed quote for the project (something you don’t see from too many contractors). The crew arrived on the scheduled date and time and replaced worn Hardie Board panels and cleaned up upon completion of the project. Matt also came out to my home to inspect their work. Extreme Exteriors did great work and I would definitely use them again!

OMG! They pride themselves on not having any reported BBB but beware! They installed windows we purchased and installed them. Most of that work was good on the windows. However, the problems were in the installation of a sliding glass door in which the wrong size was ordered but instead of reordering the correct size they made this one fit. They took off the original wood that was connected to the outside of the door (the decorative trim work installed at the factory) and tried to use pre-stained oak trim to finish the job. Because it was no longer air tight as it would have been from the factory they caulked the entire sliding glass door on the inside with clear caulk that looked like a 5 year old had done. We have a river view and to open the curtains and see all this bubbled up goop of clear caulk was not professional at all. After further inspection, we noticed that the siding around where other windows were installed were warped and didn't line up like before. I asked the owner if he could get his siding guys out to fix the issue and he said those were his siding guys! The way they fixed the siding on the house was to put a piece of pressed board under the siding as a shim so it didn't look like it was wavy. The actual reason it didn't look good was because they nailed the siding too tight to the underneath boards. Siding should slip a bit so it can move and breath during different weather conditions. The owner was so upset that we wanted these things corrected that he almost got into a physical fight with my husband and my husband is not an aggressive person, we just wanted our house to look as beautiful as it did before they replaced all the windows and the sliding glass door. I think people are afraid to go to BBB because of threats. If you are looking for quality and a great finish job, don't call them. If you want someone to nail ladders to your deck and leave nails laying around your yard for children to step on from pulling off siding from your house to replace the windows, feel free to call. Just be for warned.

Each time we've sought estimates they were the best price. And each job was done the way we wanted it done and on time. The one time we had an issues with some materials for one of the jobs, they responded quickly and fixed it to our satisfaction.
