We choose to completely rearrange our layout and put in a new hard wood flooring in the kitchen and dinning room.
The work was started on the date he said it would and proceeded as planned. Well except for some hidden 'items' that were found after opening up some walls. All plumbing and electrical piping found that I did not know were there were moved without a complaint from his crew. They came up with plans to handle it and they did.
The job was completed on time and defiantly to our satisfaction. We love our new kitchen.
"The original project cost was for $4200.00 and the final project cost after additional work was contracted was $5700.00. Therefore it took an 1 1/2 extra weeks. We did mistakenly forget to install a decorative border in the tub area during installation of the tiles, but corrected the error the next morning only causing a 1/2 day delay to the project. We have also provided immediate service upon request twice for grout concerns with the clients materials at no charge. The client expressed complete happiness at the completion of the project, did not express any concern or reservation and paid us in full upon completion. I am truely disappointed in the comments above. As the owner of the company I was on site every day of tile installation cutting tile and assisting my brother install the tile. The clients were not home, but at work and I do I not know where that comment comes from. Also wen the project was completed an I did the final walk through, the client expressed happiness with the tile work and paid me fully on completion. I have a feeling she was having a bad day on the interview day."
