4/11/23 Eric Installed antenna in attic, Monique showed me how to use the remote etc......He couldn't get one of 4TV 's to work and NBC wouldn't work on any of them. Said they would return the next week to fix that one TV and bring a stronger antenna so I could get NBC. Did not show up for appt. When I called, he said he got tied up at another install. I have called, left messages, texted and get very brief messages returned that they really will fix the problems, but medical issues are getting in the way. I accepted that excuse, but I would like some communication from them. It has now been almost 5 months and I have not received what I paid for and all I get are promises that go unfulfilled. I've been very patient and told him to take care of the issues at home, but I do find it hard to believe that he isn't working for 5 months. I'm getting very frustrated and upset at this point. Money wasted!!!! I must say, I was very impressed with them when they came the first time. They were very helpful and sweet.....but I'm very bothered that they are not getting back to me and setting up a time to finish the job. This is my first attempt at taking some action. I feel bad giving a poor review if there is some serious issues that they are dealing with, but.....I think they could at least keep me informed or let me know that they are not going to be able to finish the job.

I tried to contact them then first I was informed that they will come out to replace the antenna but haven't heard from them for several weeks now.

Dave arrived as scheduled by Monique and, using his experience & channel meter, he was quickly able to assess that our home's wiring and splitter worked fine and that the problem was the old antenna type (too focused on lo-VHF channels) and it's location. I had bought a Clearstream 2 Max antenna at Walmart to try which we installed in a better location in the attic with a clear shot at Chicago's Sears Tower antennas (39 miles). Excellent coverage on all channels! Length of service call: one hour. Very pleased with our experience!!

Requested an estimate from their website. Monique was very helpful and responded quickly with an estimate. Dave was on time. He installed a digi-tenna in the attic and fed the signal to four TV's. It went smoothly. The HD picture quality is crisper and sharper than cable. Dave was so helpful, he even tried to assist with a slow download speed issue on my PC, when he was done with the antenna installation. We would definitely recommend Ziegler.

Eric did a great job - he took his time and ensured that we got the best signal possible.  He had to run a cable from my attic, out the side of my house, and down the siding to be entered into my living room in order to get that room hooked up to the antenna.  He concealed the cable very well - it's not even noticeable unless you know it's there already.  I called him back about a week after the installation due to inability to get some of the channels to come in that were after the initial install, and he found that the amplifier had died already.  He replaced it for free, and vowed to reach out to the company that manufactured it to ensure it didn't happen again to other customers.  Very happy with the service and cost and would definitely hire them again for my next home.

The installers, Jim and Ryan,  were knowledgeable and very competent. I could not be more pleased with their efforts.  I have no trouble giving them all A grades and if you are looking to ?cut the cord? I highly recommend this company!  I also was very pleased from the first time I made a call to the company and Monique answered the phone.  She was able to use google earth images and do a very accurate estimate of the total cost of the project. 

Nothing to complain about.  In fact, just the opposite.
If you are going to cut the cord, go with this company.  They know what they're doing.

Overall a great experience.  If anyone is recommending getting rid of cable and receiving over-the-air TV with great HD quality, you want to call Ziegler.
I filled out a form online about my property, and they called me the next morning.  48 hours later, installation was complete.  They're fast and courteous.  Best of all, they really know the area and how to set up your antenna to ensure success.

Mr. Zeigler was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable.  He was meticulous in his work, and provide outstanding service. I would highly recommend him.

We just moved into a 30 year old Town House.  I tried a Digital TV antenna which would not pull in any stations.  Ziegler installed an antenna in our attic and fished cable into 3 different rooms.  Ziegler then tuned the antenna for max reception.  Very happy with process from start to finish.

Eric came out to install a rooftop broadcast antenna for me. We live in the city and prefer to pull in our TV over free broadcast channels rather than paying way too much to cable and satellite companies. We also live near a train line and wanted help avoiding interference from passing trains. Eric installed a new rooftop antenna and tuned it so that we get about 60 channels with excellent clarity and no train interference. He showed up on time and did exactly what he said he would, and was easy to deal with.

My old TV antenna needed to be replaced.  My initial call was returned promptly.  Monique knew exactly what I needed based on my location.  Eric came and installed the antenna on the day and time we had scheduled.  Installation went smoothly and I've gotten very good reception ever since.  I'm very pleased to have chosen Ziegler Installations.

My son wanted an antenna installed for his house. Ziegler was prompt and professional in responding to him.  Ziegler's price was better then the others (who actually got back to him). Ziegler showed up at the time he said he would and was very knowledgeable and professional (even taking off his shoes when he walked in the house). Ziegler appears to take pride in his work and even made a return trip to see if he could get a specific channel for him free of charge. My son reports the signals for the tv stations are coming in strong and he appreciates Ziegler's work.  He will recommend him to his friends.

With the purchase of a new HD TV and the changes that occurred to facilitate DTV channels, the in-house antenna with converter box was no longer an option. I wrestled with the idea of cable and dish service; however, I wasn't keen on subscribing to 100 channels when my needs were for only 18 channels. Since, no one provides "A la Carte" menus the answer was to go outside over-the-air. Several companies were contacted and of all the ones I felt could do the job that I needed "Ziegler Installations Inc." stood out from the rest. I found them searching the internet since, I was not yet an "Angie's List" subscriber. I explained my situation on their Web site for a free quote and waited. Assuming it would be a few days, I was wrong, it was just a few hours when I was contacted by Monique Ziegler for a time that was convenient for me. Eric Ziegler showed up on time and  immediately surveyed the installation and provided his recommendations taking into account my concerns. Several choices were given to me and the installation proceeded in a clear understanding as he described. The entire installation was done to both of our satisfaction with the antenna, cable runs, grounding and interior hole drillings, connections etc. He even provided a future direction of the cabling that I only mentioned as an after thought so that the room change of the TV could be effected with little or no interruption.



As a family owned and operated business they treat their customers as if you were their family. I recently contacted them for additional work and unknown to me they were on vacation and still responded in a timely fashion. Needless to say I apologized for disturbing their family get together. I say give them a try...Eric and Monique are good to work with.
