This company is great! I called and spoke with Debbie about coming for a last minute cleaning for some company we are having in town for the weekend. She and her sister, who is also very nice and does a great job, came to work on our house two days later. I was so happy to have found someone as most other companies couldn't fit us in on short notice. So that was a big plus. They did a very good job cleaning and were friendly and professional. Thanks Debbie!

Debbie, the owner arrived on time and ready to work. She listened to everything I wanted done. She washed the basement stairs, washed kitchen floor and baseboards, washed bathroom floor and the walls inside the shower. She washed the dishes, cleaned counter-tops, stove, bathroom sink, tub, toilet, 3 glass shelves, dusted, vacuumed 2 rooms with carpeting, dusted all window sills, removed all spider webs from ceiling, cleaned under the bed. I think I covered it all, Sorry Debbie if I forgot something. She is friendly and also liked my toy poodle as well (that is a big plus). I couldn't believe how much she did in such a short period of time. The house looks great!!!! I highly recommend this company.

Unfortunately, I will not be using this company again. The price was right, however, if I have to go back and re-do over 50% of the job, I may as well just clean myself. I was excited to go home to a clean house yesterday but found very quickly that the job was not done right. I had to go back and sweep the entire first level. Furniture was not moved, not even a featherlite papasan chair that you could clearly see the dust on the floor underneath. I was able to fill the majority of a dust pan! Ceiling fan had apparent dust build up, not touched, banister still dusty, lamps still dusty, tv and majority of entertainment center still dusty. Tile floor in front of fireplace, not touched. Obviously cobwebs in ceiling/wall creases, not touched. Master bath was worst part....toilet hardly touched. We had to go back and clean the entire toilet inside and out. Master bath floor was vacuumed but not washed. Dresser in nursery about 75% dusted. I made sure to take pictures of everything I had to go over. I truly hate to give anyone a bad rating but I'm extremely disappointed in the service we received. I hired this company to clean my house for a party we are having on Saturday. I work full time, husband works 2 jobs and we have 3 children. Obviously not much extra time to get everything done. I hired this company to help take some of the weight off of my shoulders and hoped to hire them back bi-weekly or monthly if I was satisfied. Now I'm stuck with extra work to do and out over $100(with tip).

"With all due respect, This home was in need of a deep cleaning. I have never walked into a home with such lack of cleanliness. In my line of work I have seen a lot, but for having children in crawling stage you should at least have enough sense to clean dog urine off floors. We were underpaid for the combined 6 hours at this home. I personally would never return."
