Windows $600 for Installation of 1 Double Hung, Triple Pane Window.
This is what I paid for for $600.00.Where in the picture that I could not attached clearly shows 3 window pane example.
Angie List advertise the following.
1 Double Hung Triple Pane window installed for $600.00.
Alex came out to measure my window and inform me that Angie list was a mistake and its only for one window and he would take the measurement and speak to his superiors regarding this matter.
I called numerous times and spoke to office personal and Micheal and he said he would call me back and never did or answer any of my voice mails or calls. I finally called the person who came out to measure my window Alex and he did answer my call. He did give me the information that it would be about $2,500+ to do my front window. Where I bought my purchase It said 3 Pane window Meaning as follows.

"[Member Name Removed] I'm so sorry for this situation and misunderstanding on the return calls. When we originally spoke concerning the window promotion that you purchased,your window doesn't work with the required 101 unit inches. The window you have is extremely larger. Alex was instructed to give you a price for a window replacement. Which has been done. I remember we gave you 2 options a refund or we would apply the $600 towards the new window. Concerning the ad Angie's list reviews and puts them together for the contractors. Let us know what you would like us to do for you we would love to install a new window for you. We needed the plaster walls in our kitchen repaired. On 9/17 we purchased a deal through Angie's List for 6 hours of home repair for $199.00. The next day, 9/18, I received an email via Angie's List to provide my direct contact number which I did. That same day I received a voicemail from a man identifying himself representing Titan and that he would be in the area and wanted to try stop by that day but we never connected or confirmed an appointment. On 9/22 I called Titan directly and scheduled an appointment for 9/28 at 4pm. Stuck in traffic the day of the appointment I called Titan at 4 pm to let them know I was running about 15 minutes late. The young lady that answered advised that their salesman had already arrived and left because whoever answered our door (my children) told him that we did not request any work and accused my children of using profanity at him. Not having access to the schedule, the young lady on the phone said that she would have to review what happened and would call me tomorrow to re-schedule. Surprised by this I immediately called my home to verify what happened. I spoke with my children and they confirmed that someone did come by saying that we had requested " work to be done on our roof and gutters". The work details described when we ordered the deal were specifically to repair the kitchen walls - never requested any work done on the outside. My children who were not able to reach me (because I was on the phone with Titan's office) simply stated that they could not reach us and that they probably had the wrong house, and according to them the Titan rep just said okay and left and that his attitude was rather indifferent. I called Titan's office the next morning to reschedule. Kelly, the office manager advised me that because of the 2 missed appointments and that their staff was " berated and cussed at" they we going to have to cancel the request on their end and that I could request a refund through Angie's List. Completely dumbfounded, I tried to explain to Kelly that I only scheduled one appointment and the accusations of my children were baseless. Kelly said that the last rep that came out found the company's business card thrown in our bushes - suggesting this is evidence of a prior missed appointment. I further suggested to Kelly with this new promo I'm sure they have a great deal of new business and that they must surely have us confused with another prospect. In addition, if someone did come out prior to yesterday that was not a scheduled appointment. Still refusing to work with us I conceded with Kelly to cancel but asked for the name of the sales rep that came out yesterday with the false accusations. She said his name was Tim and would have him call me when he was available. Needless to say I am very disappointed in the way this has been handled.

Emmett did a great job removing the walls and floor; all of which had water damage, mold and mildew. He he did a great job of cleaning the area, and was very quite. He gets extra kudos as the entance to my basements is "a challenge" . Which made hauling out the debris extra work. I am very happy with the service, time spent and flexibility. This isn't the original project I had planned, but Mother Nature made this necessary. Emmett didn't hesitate at the change.
