Worse cleaning service I've ever experienced in the over 10 years I've been using different cleaning services! They cleaned my home 5 times including the first 2 being "Deep Clean A & B" and the first 3 visits although I was disappointed, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt before complaining as I told myself "maybe it's because of how they rotate what's the priority and maybe they will do it better next time, etc", but that never happened. After the 3rd time, I finally talked to someone at the office and approached it in a very polite (likely too polite) manner by sharing a long list of examples that I wanted to confirm with them that I wanted to confirm were indeed a part of the services and not me misunderstanding or making assumptions and she confirmed indeed that all of them were realistic expectations and standard things that should be done. Not only did nothing improve the last 2 times after that, but nobody followed up asking if were better or the things were addressed. On top of it, the 2 companies who came to provide estimates this week (because I won't be using this company moving forward) not only couldn't believe what they saw, but were also $90 cheaper for apples to apples services to be included & schedule frequency.

I fired them basically and believe are not I never contacted them and they never really guess what the situation was are why it was not very good. The lady who is, they had the cleaning people and then they had this lady who was like the overseer, the manager are whatever you want to call her an she had her shoes off talking about her corns and callus and I think she was doing her toe nails, it was just not that one time my wife was actually here and she said this is disgusting.

We had used this company for a few months, every two weeks.  Ultimately each time they were finished I spotted several things that I felt were not well cleaned.  After the first time that I considered it much less than satisfactory I called the company and they offered to have someone out the next day to reclean.  I said yes and they sent out one person for our 3000+ square foot house.  She was in and out in one hour and spent the majority of her time on her cell phone.  I was not very pleased with the work she did, but decided to give them another chance.  The next time they did well.  However, the next two cleans were pretty poor and the last time they left my front door unlocked!
I called the company and said we were ready to try a new company and requested they bring our key back.  When Karen brought the key back I showed her the lack of work and she apologized, saying that finding good help was hard to find.
Not a very good response but at least she brought me my key.

This company did an OK job for the first few months.  They are not detailed cleaners.  They move NOTHING and rush through the house disreagrding where they lay their supplies.  They had a change of management to the person that I originally signed on with and the customer service is now abhorrent.  Each cleaning something was missed and I didn't nit pick or complain until they completely missed the bathtub and threw all of the garbage in the recycle bin on their last cleaning.  When I called to politely ask for a refund the man was condecending and impatient.  I now have a different service where I pay $30 more per week and I actually get a CLEAN house.  Do not use this company.

The Cleaning Authority starts out "strong" to get your service, but quickly fades.  Initially, we were very impressed by their trifold and the personal visit we received from the owners.  We also liked the idea of a "rotation", believing that everything would get cleaned eventually.  Unfortunately, although their trifold suggests that they follow a cleaning rotation, in actuality, we found that our cleaners didn't follow what was on the scheduled rotation.  So, some things never got done by them.
The company also has someone who is supposed to complete a "quality check" after every cleaning,  but we found that the quality check usually occurred too early to have any real value.  On our last (and final) cleaning, the person came 25 minutes after the cleaners had arrived.  When she arrived, her first question was "Are you almost done?".  I was very surprised by this question since they had just arrived and there was no way the work could be completed in 25 minutes.  It is clear that the company is more concerned with speed than quality.
On paper, the Cleaning Authority looks like a fabulous company...but don't be fooled! The services offered by the Cleaning Authority are subpar.  My husband and I are were too busy to find new cleaners for a while, so we let a lot of things slide  even though we were becoming increasingly unhappy.  During those times we did call the company (we always spoke to George), we were assured that things would get remediated.  However, his assurances never included an apology even when things were were broken or repeatedly overlooked. Finally, we discontinued services from them because  the service was so bad and we felt that our business was not valued by them.  Yes, the price is reasonable.  But, in this case, you certainly get what you pay for.

Very slick brochure and demeanor of salesperson did not manifest in the quality of the cleaning of our home.  Paid extra $30 for each of the first two cleanings to get "the baseline established" inspite of our home being professionally cleaned for the past 5 years.  The quoter said that it would take two people about two hours to clean our house.  The first time, they sent three people who spent two hours.  Not bad but missed some cobwebs at the ceiling.  Second time around, only sent two people [a brand new crew inspite of their printed terms stating they try to send the same crew; when we asked the crew, they said, "Oh, we never clean the same house, they just send us where they need us."] and they only spent two hours.  Not sure what I paid extra for; only so much you can do in the same amount of time.  When I complained, the owner said that he was sure his quoter did not tell me we would be getting a specific amount of cleaning time.  The quality of the second cleaning went down considerably.  Glass surfaces were smudged and smeary as was all the granite in the kitchen and the top of the stove.  In addition, they broke a piece of art.  The crew told us, did not try to hide it [which is why we fired the previous cleaners] but, evidently, did not feel compelled to report to the owners since we never got a call from the office on the breakage.  Their brochure talks about all the eco friendly products they use including microfiber cloths.  This second crew left one of their cloths by mistake, it was a simple cotton rag like you can buy at Costcoo r Home Depot, not the high tech product mentioned in the brochure.  When I confronted the owner [George] with my disappointment, he was unwilling to make any accommodation or commitment of what they would do to insure my satisfaction.  He only offered excuses on what their procedures are or dismissing my observations.  When I suggested that with new customers he may want to do a follow up call or even an inspections, he said, "Yeh, we may want to do that in the future."  But he did not promise to do anything different or take any specific action.  I fired them.  I highly recommend you avoid this provider.  It all sounds good, professional, and slick because they are a franchisee and the collateral materials are printed for them.  Do not be fooled by the veneer.  The proof is in the pudding and these folks should be avoided at all costs.

They are okay.  They do a decent job cleaning, but they need a lot of reminders to stay on track.

Joe came out to give me a quote, and I made it very clear that I wanted my house to sparkle, and was more than willing to pay up to $350.  They stated that they charge by the job, not by the hour.  They did such a bad job on specific areas that I pointed out to them, that their supervisor had to come back out later to do an equally bad job.  They didn't even touch the lower level of my house.  I could still see dust and spider webs, showing me that they clearly did not clean that area.  They didn't move anything to dust, only dusting parts that are easily accessible.  The vacuums they used were ineffective.  They broke the built-in microwave in my home.  I'm not sure what they did to it, but it is completely useless now.  I was definitely a loser in this deal.  I will have to pay way for than what I paid for this terrible service to replace my microwave.  This was a horrid experience and I will not use them again.

Hal came to give me an estimate. I was embarrassed because my house was so cluttered. I liked their system of rotating extra-special cleaning among areas of the house. After I agreed to try them, they cleaned the whole house with an initial heavy cleaning (which did cost more.). Now they come every 2 weeks to keep up the cleanliness level. The same 2 people come every 2 weeks, and I have found them to be conscientious and accommodating....and trustworthy.

They tend to send the same people every time.  They know the house.  Sometimes there will be one variation, but one person will be there who knows the house.  They are professional.  They are super rated cleaning people; but they get the basic job done.  I will continue to use them.  They do a decent job.  They are always good about if I call and complain as they send the crew back out to fix it.

They were excellent and do a really nice job. They are always on time and also very accommodating. If I have to reschedule they help me with that also. They are also very reliable.

The cleaning was average. I was disappointed as they charged me an extra $60 for the initial cleanings as it was supposed to be a deep cleaning. The cleaning provided was no better then an average cleaning I would have expected normally. I still had spots on the kitchen/master bath floor (the focus areas). They offered to come back and re-clean and/or put a new crew on for the bi-weekly cleanings, however, I was disappointed that they did not provide a thorough cleaning (after I questioned their thoroughness to begin with). I had high expectations of the initial cleaning that I didn't think they performed as promised. I would not use them to come back.

I have had a house cleaner for the past 10 years. I moved and have to find a new house cleaner, and I don't plan to spend 1 hour with each person giving me an estimate. This man is unrealistic. I'm glad he didn't waste anymore of my time!

The very professional owner touted the "deep cleaning", which first impressed me. However, when my list of items not done got to ten, (for example, both landings were filled with debris and not even swept, small cobwebs were behind the bathroom door and the outer sides of the microwave were left untouched as were the front of appliances), I decided to call it quits. The cleaning crew told my husband it would "get better as they got to know our house!" No one called to remind me of the day as promised, nor did the owner check their job. In defense of the company, when I called to cancel, the owner offered to come on the following weekday and do it again, but I felt it was best to cancel. It just isn't that difficult to clean a house. The company needs to deliver as promised. The owners were professional and polite, but the work just wasn't performed to the standards described. It was a just a poor job.
