Technician was prompt and thorough. He caught a rusted part in the unit that needed replacement.

Repairman came out and diagnosed condensation in the tubes connecting to the vacuum switches. He did a thorough cleaning and everything has been working fine. I've checked the tubes since then and haven't found a repeat of the issue.

Absolutely impressed with Frank Sutfin!! He was very professional and dedicated to see the job to completion. Pricing beyond reasonable and refused to budge off of original quote even though he did work beyond what was discussed. Felt he was a straight shooter not trying to oversell services and very nice. We will call him for all of our heating and a/c needs!

The owner Frank is very professional and very detailed. He explained everything to us well. The work was very neat. There was some condensation that he came back to diagnose. He came back to fix it right away free of charge. We were very happy with them.

I have been using Sutfin since living in a condo, and, decided to try them for house residential work as opposed to the condo. Over the 7 years I have been working with them, they have been kind, courteous, willing to work with schedule flexibility, and they hire technicians with knowledge and experience, and, whom are willing to answer any questions no matter what the question is. Their pricing is a little lower than their competition also, so that coupled with their excellent work and customer service, there is value in working with them. I don't have to worry about anything when I see the Sutfin truck in my driveway, I know that my heating and AC is being taken care of the right way the first time.

Entire job handled in one day under less than comfortable access to areas needing replacement. We would repeat business with them in a heartbeat. Highly recommend them to anyone.

They performed their work on time and on schedule. They were very respectful of my house and performed their job neatly. They went the extra mile by moving our unit to the side of the house and out of my back yard were we didn't want it. They added a duct in our basement which drew the cold air out and distributed it around our house making our basement more comfortable and usable. Jason was very professional and polite. walked away from the experience feeling that I got more than my moneys worth.

Frank Sutfin and his team of technicians arrived on time and went about their business in a courteous and professional manner. They worked hard not to disrupt the gas and water services to the home for any extended period of time. All of the work was done to perfection and there was not a scrap of debris left over when they left. The air conditioner and furnace has functioned without any problems whatsoever. I cannot think of anything negative with regard to the entire experience other than the fact that they didn't take me up on the offer of a beer :-) All in all, it was a great relief that all of the work and work that wasn't even on the estimate was completed on time and on budget.
