They were referred by another animal care worker that I trust the judgment of.

Both my dogs have health issues. One is a diabetic and needs 2 shots a day and another is deaf. I had no problems with them. They seemed to take good care of my dogs and the price is also reasonable. They also do placements of animals.

The punctuality rating is on the office, not on the individual groomer. They really need to find a more organized way to handle the volume of customers they always have. There is almost always at least a half hour wait to get to the front desk with everyone trying to keep their dogs away from others...not knowing if the other dogs are sick or aggressive.

Brought my sweet beagle in for check-up; Dr. Arkush was thorough and friendly and gentle with her.  She also gave my 10yr old son a tour of the facility since he's a vet-in-training.  This was my first visit here & I was surprised that they take the animals into another room for treatment (shots, bloodwoork & gland expression) -- my previous vet always had me in the room.  That evening, Abby had extreme tenderness and swelling in her shoulder (I'm assuming the injection site).

I have been visiting this animal clinic for five years, and their service is excellent. The doctors are friendly and understanding.

We use this comp. for all our animal care needs, (vet, boarding,etc.)and have never been disappointed.

They have emergency services. They work with animal rescue too. I would continue to use them in the future.

They took the cats in after explaining the procedures and options and having me say 'yes' or 'no' to the options (blood work, fluids, melting stitches, etc) . After they had completed their operations they called to give me an update on how the kittens were doing. When we picked the kittens up the next day they went over the after-care and answered my questions. A few days later my female got around her cone and managed to pull her stitches out. When I took her back in they looked at her right away and assured me she would be fine. I would recommend this place without reservation to anyone I know who has a pet.

Dealing with this vet's office has been very pleasant so far, I expect it to continue so.

Even though my dog can be a real pain, everyone still goes out of their way to try to help her out. She has food and cage aggression and apparently is vey picky about who she allows to help her out of the cage. Everyone from techs to volunteers to vets has helped give this testy dog her medication. She doesn't consistantly like the same person. If you have a difficult dog, other places are not as likely to either accept or treat the dog well. I have boarded the dogs for over a week and they are fine when I pick them up. For comparison, I left them at PetSmart overnight once and they were basket cases. PetSmart bill: about $106; ACC about $40 to board both overnight.

All went really well with this visit. They are really good there and they have a fairly clean facility. I would not say that it is super nice, but, it is okay. The vets are great. I did have a favorite vet for a long time and he just left. I guess we will see how it goes with a new one. They do walk in service here or you can make an appointment. Another thing about them is that they are very happy and very caring.
