The treatments seem to be working.  We have very little bug activity in the house - a few in the basement & garage now and then - but thats to be expected.   We have had no rodents, which is remarkable considering we live in a wooded/rural area.   The service technician is friendly and I appreciate that it has been the same person every month.  I would appreciate a smaller window for the service time, it feels like I wait all day for the tech to come - but other than that I am very happy.

We have had Orkin out annually for a recurring ant issue. Each time they have helped control the issue, and are always very knowledgeable and efficient.

They are very efficient. I get the same person, Mr. Nick to come out and do the service and he is very good. Their price is reasonable. I rate them very highly and I would continue to use them in the future.

Technicians very well informed. Got to work immediately and finished promptly. Supervisor stopped by to see that everything was going smoothly.

I am hoping I never need to call Orkin again; but if ever had the need to, I would definitely call this Plainfield service.

I am completely satisfied with them. They charged $200 each for the front house and the coach house. They had to crawl under my crawlspace, which is large enough for any size person. They crawl always from the back of the building to the front of the building, and they report any other problems like rodents or another type of bug. They even tell us if something is wrong with our plumbing and it is leaking because that attracts rodents and stuff. They not only inspect for termites, but they go the extra yard for me.

I don't remember how much I spent. They do a good job. They are responsive to any issues that we have. We haven't had any problems with them. That's the reason I'm using them. I would use their services again in the future.

If you have bugs, they're ok but expensive at exterminating them. Their bi-monthly service does not seem effective. A major complaint is that you never know when they're coming - they seem to change service dates at their convenience, not yours. My service calls had originally been scheduled for Wednesday, but they at will changed it to Mondays - a very bad day for me. For $528 a year for 6 visits, I think its rather obnoxious not to put the customer's preference first. What pushed me to cancel today was the call I got yesterday, Sunday, telling me they were coming out today. I get urked at any telemarketing call on Sunday that can't wait to the business week. Can't the secular world show a little respect for those of us who want to keep Sunday special? Moreover, while I was clear that it was inconvenient for me for them to come today, that didn't seem to matter to them. When I told them to forget it, I just wanted to cancel the service, they told me I couldn't cancel without calling them first (yet I was talking to them!!!) and giving them 30 days notice. So, they came out today, I told them to stay out of the house, to just spray outside. In effect, it cost me $88 to cancel a service provided at an inconvenient time that I did not want to continue.
