Mold Remediation treatments come with a warranty that is transferable and lasts for two years. OMG also provides mold reports, mold clearance letters, IAQ reports, and lab testing for our customers.

Actually we think the plastic barrier should have been installed after was cleaned first. The preventative spray made the plastic oily on top and a little slippery and we were told that it killed bugs also but my husband saw many spiders when he was down there in crawl space to repair rotted wood.

Very professional, they exceeded my expectations. They did everything they said they would plus. They were very timely and provided before and after pictures of their work and before and after reading of the mold count. OMG also warranted their work for 3 years. We had a mold issue on some custom built wood displays. I submitted my request on HomeAdvisor at 10 am, Aaron contacted me by 10:30. We scheduled an estimate for noon the same day. He gave me a very good price and was able to handle the job right then, on the spot. He was done before 2 pm. I had mold, then 5 hours later, I did not have mold thanks to OMG Sanitized. I highly recommend OMG Sanitized.

These guys did a fantastic job removing the mold. They were extremely cooperative and informative working around my schedule and needs and were ready to help with things even outside of the scope of their initial estimates. Great value and the mold was completely and thoroughly eradicated.
