Mik's Perfect Powerwash & Painting Inc

Responding to a flyer that was delivered to my home, I asked Mik to come to my home and provide an estimate to powerwash and stain my patio pergola. Mik came out immediately and left me a comprehenshive and professional quote. After comparing his quote to others, I phoned Mik and told him that I would like him to do the work. Mik and I talked about dates when he would do the work and he told me he would try to fit me in within the next week or so but that he had a lot of graffiti abatement work to do for the City of Joiliet. He told me that he would deliver a stain chart and asked me to call him and let him know which stain color we selected. Mik then delivered a stain color guide and I called him and left him message with with the stain color of our choice. However, Mik never returned the phone call or subsequent calls to his cellular phone and home. I ended up having someone else do the work after wasting 3 weeks trying to get Mik to do what he had agreed to do.
