THE DRIVE FOR 200,000 ALLIANCE, Merlin’s rewards program, provides “real cash” which is accrued on every service that can be redeemed for tire and vehicle DRIVE FOR 200,000 maintenance packages. A customized eGarage is provided for each customer that tracks their vehicle service history, provides coupons, service reminders, and monthly emails featuring driving news and tips. Merlin Shops offer shuttle service to your home or work and provide free repair estimates. The service menu contains all the maintenance and repair your vehicle needs to go 200,000 miles and beyond, and every service includes a complimentary 20 Point Vehicle Inspection. My check engine light came on, and I started having acceleration problems right in front of their business, so I pulled in to see if they could diagnose the problem. I left the car there around 1, and they called within an hour to tell me what was wrong with the car, took the time to explain it to me, and give me an estimate of the cost to fix it. They changed a coil pack and the spark plugs, and were done with the car so I could pick it back up that same evening. Car has been working well since I got it back. Fast, friendly, and I don't feel I got taken for cost.

They checked out all my fluids and my air conditioning. I will need to have a part replaced at some point down the road but for now it's ok and that was all checked out at no additional cost. I know first hand that this owner truly cares about the safety of his customer's and will move heaven and earth to make sure that their cars are working safely and to the customer's satisfaction each and every time. I have been coming here for years and would never consider going somewhere else. John is a man of his word and instills a good work ethic with his employees. He's the only trustworthy auto place I have ever been to. I highly recommend going to see him for all of your auto work!

Great! Car is 13 years old and runs great. I discovered the owner through a friends recommendation a number of years ago when he worked at a local shop. I was looking for a trustworthy place to take my cars for service. I didn't trust most of the shops to be honest and not try to rip me off. When he bought the Merlin's franchise, I followed him for all my auto service needs even though it is further away. He is honest, does quality work, and stands behind his shop's work. You can't go wrong with him and don't have to worry about being ripped off.

I have an older car. When I would bring it to some places, I felt that I was being pressured to make a lot of repairs. I heard about this place, so I went to them. I talked to the owner and explained to him that I have an older car and that I didn't want him to sell me anything I don't need. We've had that understanding. He honors that understanding. I really appreciate that he hasn't been making situations seem dire. He has been really honest with me. They are a little more expensive than your typical oil change place.

They have done other maintenance on my car. They took care of my air conditioning problems, tires, brakes etc. The manager is John and I like working with him. If I am going on a long trip, I will stop by and have them check the oil to make sure all looks well and I will also have them check the air in the tires. They will pick me up or take me home if they need to keep the car for repairs or maintenance.
