Macron replaced the CPU fan and had me up and running in two days. They had to order the fan. I will use them if needed in the future.

In the process of migrating MS outlook from one laptop to another, I damaged the security on the old laptop before completing the migration.  Rob Hart of MarCor troubleshot the old laptop, reconstructed the damaged security privileges, and brought the old laptop back to original working condition.  Then Rob explained how to complete the migration to the new laptop with examples and links to MS support articles.

Don?t do reviews very often but I wanted to write one after the great service Macro Tech Inc. had provided me. I had an issue with my Laptop, the screen wasn?t working correctly and I tried to fix it myself but couldn't figure it out. I had tired Best Buy in the past and we all know how that place (eye roll) and I wanted to try some place different. I decided to check Angie?s List and came across Macro Tech Inc. I had called and they were able to assist me right away, Rob and his Tech were able to locate the issue and fix it right away.
I was very pleased with there personal and professional service - it was great to work with folks that take care of the customer first and I didn't feel like number. And yes I will be recommending them to my Friends and co-workers.

We contacted Rob Monday afternoon, and he was at our home the very next morning to help us with our issue. He was friendly and professional, and made sure all of our questions were answered before he left. With his expertise, we were able to extract all of the necessary data from our old PC. We will definitely contact him again if we need computer help.

My husband has a small business and some malware wouldn't let go of his laptop.   He was unable to schedule an important trip out of town until it was fixed.



The IT provider we had been working with cleaned it up and returned the laptop scheduling an appointment to come on site the next day to finish installing some software and generally making sure everything was in working order.  But, he had scheduling issues.  Communications were very poor.  Three days later, we were still left hanging and waiting for the appointment that never happened.  His confidence shattered, my husband made a decision to not depend on the work being completed (or not) on day 4.



Who to call to finish the job?  I scoured Angie's list.  We got hold of Rob Hart.  Rob is down-to-earth, professional, and showed up early!  He confidently helped us through the remaining software installation.  And, he was VERY patient in reviewing questions we had about working with it as it was an upgrade from what we had been used to using.



Several hours later, experiencing an issue with eBay via Internet Explorer, my husband called Rob.  Rob quickly returned the call, was able to remote in and fixed the issue.

It's my pleasure to recommend Rob Hart as an IT professional who can speak with a client on any level.  He understands how important it is to properly set client expectations and then meet them.

Would recommend in a heartbeat!   Rob is very professional and responds quickly.    Rob is also very patient, honest and personable.  Rob even helped out my parents who were extremely happy with everything Rob helped them with.     It?s an extraordinarily nice feeling to have someone reliable call.

Highly Recommend!! Rob was efficient, professional and extremely accommodating!  He was able to retrieve data from my hard drive that Best Buy could not.  I don't know why I didn't look on Angie's list first, but so glad that I contacted Rob.  WIthin just a few hours he returned my phone call, got my computer and was speaking with me about the documents that needed to be recovered.  I was realistic and I knew there was a small chance that they could be recovered, but some how he did it!  I will absolutely use Rob in the future for all my computer needs!

The service  went great.  He was able to take care of all of our computer and service needs.  They responded very quickly to our call and performed the service within days of showing them what we were needing to be done with our computer and network issues.

He are first off, continuing to use him almost weekly - his response time is almost immediate and he is more than fair in his time spent and pricing.  We gave him log-ins to our servers and have a trust factor and a new business vendor.  We are very impressed with his knowledge of exchange server and our Windows dedicated servers. 



We would definitely recommend him and his company to anyone, it is very difficult to find good people this day and age as most of you probably know and we definitely found a great network administrator.

Rob arrived on time with complete knowledge of the work that was required. I will be contacting him in the future for additional services.

Marcor Technologies has been providing my IT support for almost 4 years. I had first called Rob Hart at Marcor after having another hard drive failure only months after my previous IT company had replaced it. Since Marcor was highly recommended to me from our AV guys (and I was frustrated with my other IT company), I felt confident in calling Rob Hart, its owner. The first call I made to Rob found him vacationing with his family....but this didn't stop him from returning my call immediately and after listening very attentively to my computer issues we then scheduled an appointment to meet as soon as he returned from his trip. Within 2 seconds of meeting Rob I knew he was going to be wonderful! He was able to rebuild and recover all of my data - even the thousands of pictures we have on our hard drive. Among other suggestions, he now has me set up with a great backup system. He is meticulous, trustworthy, and will work on your computer until everything is working perfectly. He will also follow up with you during the next week for any issues or questions you may have and is easily accessible. Since that first call almost 4 years ago, he has helped me with NUMEROUS computer issues, even helping my kids with setting up their wireless XBOX system. Then when my oldest son needed a printer installed in his room I called my computer guru, Rob, and he took care of installing everything, both wirelessly and hard-wired as well. We custom built our home 5 years ago and due to the complexity of our in-house AV and phone system, it's not easy to fix any computer issues we have. A call to AT&T or other provider will always take forever and it will never end well so I'm super happy to have Rob Hart on my side because he is ALWAYS there to help us. He is absolutely AWESOME!
