The dresser was a family piece and was in decent shape to begin with. Some of the veneers were damaged, and there were some minor dings and scratches. The worst part was that it smelled of cigarette smoke. The process took a while, as expected and communicated. The end result was beautiful. We asked for the reddish color of the mahogany to be toned down, and it turned out exactly how we envisioned it. Additionally, the interior of the drawers were coated to be sure any residual smoke smell didn't leach through.
