Gaby, Kenya and Ofelia did an amazing job cleaning our home. They went above and beyond with their services and even asked us to check their work before their departure to make sure everything looked good. I was very content with their work and will definitely hire them again. :)

We have been using the services of KESAP CLEAN for about two years to clean our home. The ladies who help clean the home, are excellent. They are prompt, cheerful and very focussed. Kind and friendly to our large boxer as well - which is very helpful. The team of three includes a manager, who not only supervises but leads by example and often puts in most of the effort! Both Molly and Megan are amazing at leading their teams. They house feels and smells clean and fresh after their service. The Management has been very polite, responsive and accommodating with changes and reschedules. Overall, we've had a very good experience using their housecleaning service.

Megan and her crew are wonderful. Very professional, very thorough. All Kesap staff are considerate and always make sure the job is well done before they leave the premises. The crew is always prompt and truly quiet while they clean as we are continuously working in our offices.

They did a pretty good job. They use a lot of kids, so you have to keep your eye on them. They were late, so they took money off the original cost. I didn't realize it was so much money to do windows, so I will probably just do them myself from now on.

The cleaning was terrific! They were very polite and courteous, making sure that they didn't disturb my husband. They also did a quality job. The tracks were beautifully white! My husband says that we'll be calling them again, very soon!

Friendly, professional in phone answering, scheduling and quote. The three young ladies who were assigned to my job were about an hour late. However, their team leader phoned prior to the time they were supposed to arrive to let me know their approximate ETA - something I appreciated very much. They got to work immediately, and completed the job to my satisfaction within the time quoted. Mine was the 5th, and final, house they cleaned this day, but they approached the job with the same energy and pleasant attitude as though it were the first one of the day. We have never had a cleaning service for our home, so I had nothing to compare the price to, but it did not seem out of line with other prices I've seen for similar services.

I've had twice monthly housecleaning many times; for the last 3 years I had stopped it, but decided to come.back; before we'd start though I wanted to have a deep clean. We recently did some significant home improvements, in addition to having two dogs and let's face it, I'm not the best housekeeper and I generally work 50 hours/week. My house needed to be CLEANED. Deb sent a team of 3 young women, all friendly, all courteous; they introduced themselves, they discussed their assignments, and off they went. In 4 hours my house was clean down to the core. The thing I like most about Kesap is that they bring their own cleaners (trust me--so great when you are running out the door and it's "cleaning lady day" and you realize you don't have cleaner) but they also use super clean, super fresh cleaning rags. So when they leave, you don't smell the smell of musty old rags that had been thrown in a quick wash before they came to your house! You just smell clean...

I had used Kesap clean at my old house but we moved out of the area to a larger home (7,000 sf) I thought it would be out of their range so I tried a different company. After 3 years, I came back to Kesap because of their professionalism as well as their quality if work. They clean well and quickly, I just wish I switched earlier!

We used this company on three occasions. The first time there were only two minor issues which were discussed and corrected for the next two cleanings. The next two cleanings were fine, but punctuality was unacceptable. The second appointment was an hour late and didn't call until they were already 30 minutes late. The third and final appointment was late according to the email I received with an appointment time. When I called the owner she said she had our cleaning at a different time. I have no idea why I received an email with a different time than what they had it scheduled, perhaps there were issues with their schedule &/or email system. At any rate, with a toddler and an infant in my home, promptness is crucial to their daily schedules for breakfast/lunch/naps. While the owner was apologetic, I was unwilling to schedule any more appointments.

We had asked them to do a move in cleaning specifically cleaning bathrooms, fixtures, blinds and vents as the town home we were moving into was rather dingy. We did some of the cleaning ourselves but felt we really needed help.
They came early and I was impressed with how quickly they moved I was in the kitchen cleaning but when they were done I had to remind them of a few things and asked if all the blinds were scrubbed as they were incredibly grimley. They said yes and I went through and asked them to hit a couple of things again. They obliged.
Later in the evening going through the room it really did not look like they did much the bathrooms...they were still grimey in places and they did not even bother to dust light fixtures or towel racks... there was stil a heavy film on them. They did not wipe well around the faucets there was still a lot of visable grime surrounding them, did not get behind the toilets and the bathtubs was not clean. Tthe baseboards are still grimey as well as part the floor. They had told me they could not get the hard water stains out which is fine, but later that evening when I saw several stains and streaks on the tubes I was able to wipe it off with a sponge from the tubs.
I later spent most of the evening recleaning what I had asked them to do. And on a few blinds, they had only wiped the top half that was down, the blinds were drawn when they cleaned and when I put the blinds down that night the bottom half was coated in grimey dirt. I am by no mean a picky person by any standard but I thought this was unacceptable. I probably should have inspected their work closer before they left but I had assumed these things would have been done without haveing to spell it out. We are really unhappy and felt we would have been better off just cleaning the entire place ourselves.
