They came early and I was impressed with how quickly they moved I was in the kitchen cleaning but when they were done I had to remind them of a few things and asked if all the blinds were scrubbed as they were incredibly grimley. They said yes and I went through and asked them to hit a couple of things again. They obliged.
Later in the evening going through the room it really did not look like they did much the bathrooms...they were still grimey in places and they did not even bother to dust light fixtures or towel racks... there was stil a heavy film on them. They did not wipe well around the faucets there was still a lot of visable grime surrounding them, did not get behind the toilets and the bathtubs was not clean. Tthe baseboards are still grimey as well as part the floor. They had told me they could not get the hard water stains out which is fine, but later that evening when I saw several stains and streaks on the tubes I was able to wipe it off with a sponge from the tubs.
I later spent most of the evening recleaning what I had asked them to do. And on a few blinds, they had only wiped the top half that was down, the blinds were drawn when they cleaned and when I put the blinds down that night the bottom half was coated in grimey dirt. I am by no mean a picky person by any standard but I thought this was unacceptable. I probably should have inspected their work closer before they left but I had assumed these things would have been done without haveing to spell it out. We are really unhappy and felt we would have been better off just cleaning the entire place ourselves.
