I contacted KCT Professional Services after being unable to contact Comcast after repeated attempts and unacceptable (and gt; 1/2 hour wait times on each attempt). Jeff returned the phone call quickly and provided excellent diagnostic services over the phone. An appointment was made (for a Sunday!). He called to confirm the appointment before arriving promptly as scheduled. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable explaining what is being done and why. All work was completed professionally and competently. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and individual. I would definitely contact KCT if additional services were needed in the future.

I had a problem with a noisy phone line. I first called ATand T although I knew it was an inside and they would charge me $99 for the service call. When they told me they could send somebody in a week, I decided to go a different route. I called KCT Professionals and they were at my house in less than a day. Everything went great! The tech worked fast, telling me what he was doing and why as he checked my entire house phone circuit. I was very satisfied with the pricing too. It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely call KCT Professionals again.
