10 minutes after scheduled time, I called him to see if he was coming. Charged a $75 trip charge and I could walk to his location--fine, pretty sure that's standard. He borrowed towels to wipe up water he spilled while emptying toilet and simply left them on my bathroom floor. Wouldn't a plumber have his own towels? What I truly did not like, however, was that--without any permission--proceeded to put stickers with his phone number all over my appliances! Didn't notice until he was gone. For his unprofessionalism and untimeliness, I would not recommend him.
