Industry Elite

During recent high winds in Plainfield, a section of shingles was ripped from our roof. Since I have no experience in roofing, I called two other companies in the area in order to get some one out asap, but ended up leaving voicemails. Hours later, after waiting for call backs, I called Industry Elite. The owner of the company answered, happened to be in the area, and stopped by our residence within 30 minutes to estimate damage and cost. Fortunately, he had enough time to repair immediately, using the excess shingles we had left over from wind damage last year. Awesome experience!

Cory got us in touch with a mold expert who also was honest and determined we didn't have a problem.  Only then would Cory move forward with his quote and the work.  Others came in to bid with scare words and high prices. Workers arrived on time and finished on time.  No complaints.  Price ended up a bit lower than quoted.

I had a leak in my roof and some problems with ice dams. I asked my usual roofer to give me a quote to fix both problems. After almost two months, he sent someone to look at the roof and gave me a quote of $1800 to repair the shingles and said nothing about the leak. I then called Industry Elite from Angie's List. We made an appointment for the next week. He was prompt and took pictures of my roof. At the same appointment he showed me the problems with my roof and quoted $1100 to fix them including the suspected area of the leak. When he came to fix the roof he first opened the suspected leak area and then took pictures when he found the leak. He discussed the pictures with me to confirm that it was the correct area. He completed all the repairs the same day and the price never changed. I did ask him to fix a small problem with my gutter which he did at the same time for an additional $100.
