GREAT WESTERN FLOORING CO

The salesman (Gerade) came out to the house and was very nice. He overlooked the fact that I may have needed a new underlayment for the first floor and I was not charged initially (was not in the contract). The installers put in a new underlayment and I did the right thing and agreed to pay for it. The salesman also did not include the upstairs bathroom in his plans. The installers did do the bathroom but they ran out of materials and could not complete the job. One week later I am still waiting for the job to be completed. When I call, they keep on telling me that they are waiting for the materials to come in. The materials that they are waiting for are not unique or custom! I was told that the job would be done in 2 days and it took 5 days to do - and it is still not complete. The installers did work all day on Saturday and Sunday to compensate which I really appreciated. I understand that my place needed additional work and I am not upset about the time it took, I think the workers did a fairly decent job and worked hard. I am most upset about the lack of response I am getting when I call to ask when my job will be completed. I feel that now that they have my payment, I am being ignored.

We had a great experience with our order and install. There was a slight hiccup with one piece for one of our door frames, but they resolved it at no additional cost to us. They were always very responsive and we would gladly recommend their company to anyone in this area.
