Very well. We had a mice problem in our 4 flat building. We had used over the counter traps, which helped but did not solve the problem. So we turned to a professional. We wanted the application of a rodenticide that would not harm our first floor cats and the dogs belonging to the garden apartment tenant. Gold star did as we requested. Their traps eliminated the mice problem without harming any of the pets in the building. After the initial treatment we have them back to restock the traps every 2 to 3 months, for $90 per follow up.

They were very responsive and professional. Ants were gone the same day as treatment. I expected for it to take a few days to see the full result. It it happened immediately. So happen with the service and the price. I will definitely use them again.

Cesar was very attentive from the moment he picked up the phone (he actually answered), I explained the issue with the ants in my Mom's home and said he could be there in a few hours between 2-3. He arrived exactly at the time he stated, my Mom said he was so professional, thoughtful and answered any questions that she had. He sprayed the inside and outside of the area and he said if there are any problems to call him right away. A week and half later and no ants, I was very pleased. Again, his response time, care he takes to speak with you on the phone and also in person is how a business should be run. Would call him again.

With the warm spell in March, we had a problem with the small flies that just infested outside the house and came in through the screen windows. Goldstar took my frantic call for help on a Saturday morning and came within an hour to help. The owner was professional and within an hour had sprayed the entire house, garage and even the yard. I will continue to use their services.

The owner Cesar comes out each time for the treatments. They are honest and reliable. They clean-up after themselves. We have no complaints. I have recommended them to family and friends.
